Hi Getz,

sometime Tpad face a problem with their softphone. In that case one can use X-lite for making calls with Tpad.

Apologies.

We are having some network / technical / bandwidth issues this week.

We are trying to fix soon, by installing and upgrading new servers.

As Tpad have already mentioned that they are facing technical problems these days, that is the reason your account is not credited.
Because you won't be able to place calls with Tpad these days.

As soon as Tpad fix this out, credit will be added to your account.

Anyways people can still mention their Tpad number. They will get credit in their account after few days. (After problem is fixed)

This is a Global problem with TPAD. Only you can hear the person you are calling. In other words it is one way communication.
