I found this voip service while surfing internet. It looked quite nice as they offer free international voip calls all over world including India.

Spikko provides its members free internet-based telephone services. Users receive a personal Israeli (cellular) phone number through which they may contact any telephone or cellular number in the world for free. The time you register with them, you will get Israeli number.

To make calls, simply register with Spikko, get a number, download the internet telephone program (Spikkophone) and install it.

Free incoming calls on Israeli number : Once you have registered, anyone who wishes to contact you can dial your new number from any telephone or cellular phone. Your spikko phone will ring you anywhere in the world, provided that you are connected to the internet. This method can be used to get connected with people in Israel.

Upon signing up to the service, each member gets 7 minutes of cellular phone time or 30 minutes of telephone time(Landline) for free. In the near future, according to company representatives, new members will get 15 minutes of cellular phone time and one hour of telephone time for free. These minutes can be used to make free calls to any country including India.

When you are used up with these free minutes, and to accumulate more points, others must call your Spikko phone number. Every incoming one minute call increases your credit by one minute.
