Q1. Jumblo Login Problem : I am not able to login in Jumblo Voip Software (PC application).

Ans : This could be because the jumblo voip software has been updated (or corrupted), please try reinstalling the software again. Get the latest Jumblo software. (Link mentioned above)

Q2 : Jumblo Voice Problem :  Unable to hear sound, delay in voice, call failed due to voice error, voice not heard at destination.
Ans : There is compatibility issue of the Jumblo voip software with the Microsoft windows version. The issue is with the sound card. Follow these steps to solve this jumblo voice problem :

1. Look for Jumblo in My computers --> C Drive --> Program Files
2. Find Jumblo.exe
3. Right click >> Properties >> Compatibility
4. Check (Select) compatibility mode with windows xp (Service pack2)/Windows 7 etc.
5. Restart the application.
