use indiaminutes, which gives you around 1500 mins (if you call mobile phones starting 98,99) for just 20 dollars. no expiration. I have been using this for last 6 months. I can't find any other cheaper service from then.

1500 minutes for 20 USD means 1.3 cents/minute. That is something lots of providers provide. You can get much cheaper services than that. For example YupeePhone or VoipBlast.

I have checked yupee phone, they are charging 1.6 cents/min. ViopBlast is a PCtoPhone service. I prefer to call from my cell phone. To me indiaminutes is cheaper and convinient for now.

Sorry Guys! indiaminutes is a fraud. Even though they say 1.3 cents, they are charging more than 2 cents per minute. I realized after recharging for morethan 10 times. NEVER EVER USE INDIAMINUTES. Even if you call them they will say they are going to forward your request to concerned department.
